Most police departments are required to release an officer’s name within days of a fatal shooting. Not the U.S. Capitol Police, which is controlled by Congress and answers only to Congress. 

Speculation on the Internet led to the mistaken identification of USCP Special Agent David Bailey as the shooter. Now a new name has surfaced in the Babbitt murder — Lt. Michael L. Byrd — and while USCP Communications Director Eva Malecki won’t confirm he is the shooter, in this case she isn’t denying it.

Phone calls and emails to Byrd, who lives in Maryland where he remains on paid administrative leave, went unanswered. His attorney warned that disclosing his name poses a safety risk to the officer.

The Babbitt family attorney said that Ashli Babbit’s killer is the same guy who left his service revolver in a public bathroom.

The Epoch Times: Earlier this week, Biden lobbied for more Americans to get vaccinated even if it means going “community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood, and oft-times door to door, literally knocking on doors.” (Oregon has already announced it will send its National Guard door-to-door, to pressure citizens into getting vaccinated.)

Arizona state Sen. Kelly Townsend (R), advised Arizona residents to put up “no trespassing” signs to ward off government compliance checkers. “I have spoken to local law enforcement, and if you don’t want the Federal government on your property asking about vaccines, they advise you to post a no trespassing sign in a visible location. TGP reported in December, that the Republican Party Gubernatorial candidate Loren Culp was suing the Secretary of State, with regard to the election. Culp had internal polling that showed him way ahead of Governor Inslee, who had turned the entire state upside down, with his draconian orders about the China coronavirus. It’s clear from the video at the time that the MAGA crowd was not violent, was singing the National Anthem and carrying Trump and American flags.

This was a planned attack on Trump supporters. They wanted the Trump supporters to resort to violence. And now we know that Chris Wray’s FBI was behind much of the violence.

ELEVEN HEAVILY ARMED BLACKS from a racial militant group called “Rise of the Moors” were arrested on a Massachusetts highway Saturday, after a 9-hour standoff with law enforcement that included hostage negotiators.

“We have several armed persons accounted for at this scene on Rt 95. They are refusing to comply with orders to provide their information and put down their weapons,” the Massachusetts State Police said on Twitter at 5:37 a.m.

A state trooper found the black militants in a breakdown lane on the side of the interstate, refueling their vehicles around 1:30 a.m. and pulled over to assist them.

Said one of the heavily armed black militants: “We’re not anti-government. We’re not anti-police. We’re not sovereign citizens. We’re not black identity extremists,” the man in the video said. “We haven’t violated any laws.”

The Mainstream Media is downplaying the severity of the incident. Nevertheless, since the Federal Government was warning everyone of the possibility of a so-called white supremacist attack during Independence Day weekend, one must wonder what a group of heavily armed black militants was planning for the 4th of July…
