Above: of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 4 female judges – Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Justice Amy Coney-Barrett, Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson, and Justice Elena Kagan – ALL voted against free speech, in the recent Murthy v. Missouri case. They were joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Neil Gorsuch.
‘Yesterday, in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court rendered its decision in Murthy v. Missouri where Justice Amy Coney Barrett said, “Neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established Article III standing to seek an injunction against any defendant” meaning that, there is no stopping the government’s censorship regime while the case proceeds at the lower court in Louisiana.’
With all the women of the SCOTUS unanimously lining up behind government suppression of speech, one must wonder: was it nature or nurture that made them so decide?
