The Gateway Pundit. Ariel Robinson, 29, and Jerry Robinson, 34, were charged last week with homicide by child abuse of their 3-year-old adopted daughter, Victoria Smith. South Carolina’s Simpsonville Police Department said that the victim was admitted to Prisma Health Richland Hospital and pronounced dead after authorities found the child unresponsive. Investigators concluded that “the victim’s death was the direct result of physical abuse,” the New York Times reports.
