THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: California Democrats are rigging the Recall Election in favor of Governor Gavin Newsom, and against Larry Elder, with two tricks: 1) the ballot folds along the line that contains Larry Elder’s name – the scanner cannot read the folds, so that forces the ballot into “adjudication”; 2) The envelope containing the ballot, has 2 perforations, one of which reveals any “yes” vote to have Newsome recalled.
