Russian Army and militia units of the Lugansk People’s Republic have swept Ukrainian forces from the Severodonetsk region. They have also advanced to the western border of the Luhansk People’s Republic, from the regions of Svatovo and Novobelaya. More than 90% of the Luhansk People’s Republic is now under the control of the Luhansk government.
