According to Sir Patrick Vallance, the government’s chief scientific advisor, Covid patients have received two doses of the Covid vaccine.
With a certain British callousness towards commoners, Sir Vallance stated: “They’re very, very effective, but not 100%, and as a higher proportion of the population is double-vaccinated, it’s inevitable that those 10% of that very large number remain at risk, and therefore will be amongst the people who both catch the infection and end up in hospital.” This means that the vaccines are not 100% effective, and that 1-in-10 people may be expected to become seriously ill, or worse, after receiving the vaccine. And too bad, if they do.

Re-phrased, that is 74,243 mail-in ballots were found, where there is NO clear record of them ever being sent!
