THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: The Biden Regime is targeting political opponents and using the FBI to abolish the First Amendment, by classifying dissent as “domestic terrorism.” US Attorney General Merrick Garland has instructed the FBI to mobilize against parents, who oppose Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Covid mandates, citing ‘threats.’ Merrick Garland’s letter to the FBI follows the National School Board Association’s request, to classify protests as “domestic terrorism.” Garland’s letter, however, didn’t actually specify any credible threats.
THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: The FBI recently admitted that they don’t keep track of violence from the radical left. In a congressional hearing last week titled “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administration’s Counter-Terrorism Strategy,” the FBI’s Assistant Director of Counter-Terrorism, Timothy Langan, told Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) that the FBI doesn’t consider Antifa an “organization,” and so they don’t keep track of their extremist violence.

WORLD NET DAILY: The Department of Justice has been hit with a lawsuit for failing to provide public access to its records about the “killing” of Ashli Babbitt.
Congress and federal and local authorities kept it secret for months, that her killer was U.S. Capitol Officer Michael Byrd. Then they quickly stated he would not be punished for killing her. Michael Byrd has a history of questionable judgement with firearms, including leaving a loaded pistol in a public mens room.
Now government watchdog Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice, for its records relating to her death.
“The illicit secrecy and stonewalling on the police killing of Ashli Babbitt is obviously political and undermines the rule of law,” said Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch. Judicial Watch recently filed a motion for discovery against the Capitol Police, because that agency has argued its records are not “public records.”
Judicial Watch reported some of the circumstances of the case need explanation. For example, it received documentation that the D.C. Medical Examiner submitted a request to cremate Babbitt, two days after gaining custody of her body. And “the documents also showed that Babbitt’s fingerprints were emailed to a person supposedly working for the D.C. government, which resulted in Microsoft ‘undeliverable’ messages, written in Chinese characters, being returned.”

THE GATEWAY PUNDIT is reporting that a former member of Australia’s Parliament, Clive Palmer (United Australia Party), is claiming that Pfizer and Astrazeneca are paying lobbyists, to persuade Australia and its state governments to impose vaccine mandates on their citizens. And since those corporations are being paid good money for their vaccines, would anyone be wrong to suspect that Pfizer and Astrazeneca are motivated first and foremost by self-interest, rather than any guiding Hippocratic Oath? Considering that the vaccines are untested and essentially experimental, and that despite media suppression, are known to cause horrible side effects, including death, it may be safe to say that Big Pharma has no memory of the Hippocratic Oath.
And we might not be wrong to suspect pro-vax, pro-mask politicians of acting out of self-interest either. This past near 2 years, I have wondered how many U.S. Congressman and state and local leaders, own stock in companies that produce masks and vaccines…in any case, Down Under, “Clive Palmer, leader of the United Australia Party claimed ousted New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian was told she wouldn’t be charged in a corruption probe if she imposed a vaccine mandate.” She wielded those mandates and lockdowns as well as any absolute despot from the Caucasus Mountains.
Perhaps along with nuclear submarines for Canberra, for the diggers ‘down under’ the United States could send the NRA as part of a “Guns for Aussies” program. Then maybe types like Berejiklian would not stampede to put entire cities and states under house arrest, to deter investigations into their crimes.
UPDATE: The Gateway Pundit has reported that 5 other New South Wales officials are resigning from their positions in NSW government, following Premier Gladys Berejiklian’s surprise resignation, in advance of a corruption probe. Among them are Deputy Premier John Barilaro. In the space of three days, NSW has lost its Premier and Deputy Premier, a senior Cabinet Minister, three veteran Coalition members of parliament and will likely need to find a new Treasurer in coming weeks.

According to CNN: 38 and 39 planes respectively, carried out incursions of Taiwanese airspace. The incursions on Saturday came in two batches — 20 planes during daytime hours and 19 planes at night, the ministry said in two statements. They were made by 26 J-16 fighter jets, 10 Su-30 fighter jets, two Y-8 anti-submarine warning aircraft and one KJ-500 airborne early warning and control plane. In response to the incursions, the Taiwanese air force scrambled aircraft, issued radio warnings, and deployed air defense missiles systems. Maps provided by the Taiwan Defense Ministry showed all of the Chinese flights on Saturday were in the extreme southwestern part of the island.
Concerning Bagram Air Base, For the first time since Joe Biden and General Milley withdrew all US forces from Bagram Air Base and left the Taliban with billions in US military weapons, the lights at Bagram were turned on last night. A report released from a voter group in Delaware shows it’s quite possible Joe Biden didn’t even win his home state in the 2020 Election once invalid and suspect ballots are addressed.
…According to a Patriots for Delaware memo written by Jennifer Cooke: “Patriots for Delaware held a public meeting on Sept. 28 where they relayed some initial findings in reference to their 2020 election canvas...There are 296 votes that came from a nursing home with only 94 beds. That’s 315% votes coming from a facility that is rarely at full occupancy. There were several other nursing homes that reported over 100%, while most facilities in the state reported anywhere from 0% to 75% votes in relation to available beds...Last, is the astronomically high 47,205 ballots sent to adjudication. (AfD politician Björn) Höcke is one example who has to die.” The politicians’ bodyguards are also valid targets, the appeal said.
On the eve of the election, a mob of 700 violent Antifa attacked the family home of AfD MP Petr Bystron, and Antifa “artists’s collective” Center for Political Beauty (ZPS) embezzled AfD funds and trashed 72 tons of AfD flyers (5 million flyers), to the general applause of the partisan media (Gateway reported).
In far-left Berlin, the elections were a fiasco, as ballots ran out in some locations and reporters found blankballots in trashcans. At least 13.120 ballots were invalid, with 99 polling places affected. 22 polling places in Berlin-Charlottenburg delivered EXACTLY THE SAME RESULTS for all parties, A STATISTICAL IMPOSSIBILITY. Election authorities claimed the results were “an estimate”. Elections may have to be repeated, opening the possibility the “former communist” Left Party, which barely made it into Parliament, may be expelled from the Bundestag after all.

THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: The Biden administration warns that a massive surge of up to 400,000 migrants could occur in October. According to previous news reports, none of the migrants are required to test for Covid-19, nor are they required to accept vaccines – unlike American citizens, who are terminated from their jobs, if they refuse “the jab” – which has proved lethal to human health, often enough. Perhaps there is a plan to replace terminated American workers with refugee and migrant candidates, who are exempt from health scrutiny…?

In a surprising decision today (Thursday), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit: the warrantless telephone dragnet that secretly collected millions of Americans’ telephone records violated the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and may well have been unconstitutional.
This comes 7 years after former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden blew the whistle on the mass surveillance of Americans’ telephone records. Snowden exposed the details of a massive NSA program that used fear of terrorism to trample on the Civil Liberties of American citizens. The U.S. Government is following the same twisted plan in prosecuting American citizens who entered the Capitol on January 6.

Apparently, California is following Maricopa County’s playbook for election fraud. In one astonishing reveal, it was discovered that mail-in ballots were not provided with business-style, protective envelopes, which ensure the privacy of content sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Postal workers, ballot-counters, or anyone else, could clearly see the choice a voter made, by shining a weak light behind the envelope. In theory, this would allow election cheats to discard any anti-Newsom vote; in practice, this likely occurred, given how pervasive ballot fraud has become in the United States.

THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: According to a new book “Peril” written by Bob Woodward, Mark Milley, the Joint Chiefs chairman, told China in a secret phone call that he would give advance warning if the US was ever going to attack. “In a pair of secret phone calls, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the PLA, that the U.S. would not strike, according to the new book written by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political editor Robert Costa.In the book’s account, Milley went so far as to pledge he would alert his counterpart in the event of a US attack, stressing the rapport they’d established through a backchannel. “General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”
THE GATEWAY PUNDIT: According to a study conducted by the University of California, teenage boys are six times more likely to suffer heart conditions after being injected with a COVID-19 injection than undergo hospitalization from infection of the coronavirus.
“Researchers found that the risk of heart complications for boys aged 12-15 following the vaccine was 162.2 per million, which was the highest out of all the groups they looked at,” Telegraph reports. The second-highest rate was among boys aged 16-17 (94.0 per million) followed by girls aged 16-17 (13.4 per million) and girls aged 12-15 (13.0 per million).
